Background Working in the Inner City: A background working in the inner-city could be helpful, but is not a

Grasp of Elementary Educational Concepts: A solid foundation of basic math, English, reading, etc. is a
necessity.

Tutoring Background: A background in tutoring may be helpful, but is not a requirement.
